Who it’s for

Built for the people who structure and submit deals

FirstLook is for the dealership, not the lender. It earns its keep where the lineup is long, the sheets change often, and a wrong first submission costs a customer.

F&I managers

You already know your top three lenders by heart. It is the other twelve that cost you. FirstLook keeps all fifteen current and tells you which of them would buy this structure today, with the stips they will ask for, before you hit submit. Fewer callbacks, a cleaner look to book, and a written reason for every submission if anyone asks later.

Desk and sales managers

A deal that is structured to a lender’s rules before it reaches F&I closes faster. Run the trade, the down payment and the term against the lineup while the customer is still on the lot, and you will know whether $500 down works or whether this is a $1,100 down conversation.

Independent and used car dealers

A lineup made up of credit unions and subprime lenders is the hardest kind to keep in your head. Each one has its own book, its own age and mileage grid, and its own idea of what a tier is. FirstLook holds those rules so a two person office can submit like a store with a full F&I department.

Dealer groups

One library per rooftop, since each store has its own lender agreements. Group level reporting on where deals went and what each lender actually bought, across stores, [once decision logging is turned on].

Who it is not for

Lenders, brokers, and anyone who wants software to make the credit decision. FirstLook does not decide. It also will not help much if your lineup is two captive lenders and nothing else. In that case you already know where the deal is going.

Send us a redacted deal and your rate sheets. We will show you where it would have gone and what each lender would have asked for.
